Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models for real-world applications.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and researchers to define technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and implementing MLOps pipelines using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
