We are seeking a visionary Senior AI & Robotics Engineer to lead our research division into the next generation of intelligent autonomous systems. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between deep learning and physical robotics, creating systems capable of operating in complex, real-world environments. You will work alongside a world-class team of data scientists and engineers to pioneer breakthroughs in machine perception, natural language processing, and robotic control.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced deep learning models specifically for robotics perception and decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to integrate software solutions with robotic actuators and sensor arrays.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Optimize algorithms for low-latency, high-bandwidth environments in edge computing scenarios.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends in AI, automation, and the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Document technical specifications and present complex research findings to internal stakeholders and technical review boards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Robotics.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven experience with reinforcement learning and simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, ROS, Isaac Sim).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences or delivering production-grade software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment.
