Responsibilities
- Architect and train next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) focused on autonomous reasoning and long-term planning capabilities.
- Research and implement novel neural network architectures to improve model efficiency, accuracy, and reduce computational costs.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers, data scientists, and ethical AI researchers to deliver production-ready AI agents.
- Design and execute rigorous experiments to validate theoretical models and improve model safety and alignment.
- Collaborate with industry partners and academic institutions to publish cutting-edge research papers in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Translate complex technical concepts into scalable software solutions that integrate seamlessly into our product ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Reinforcement Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed training frameworks (Ray, Spark).
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and optimization theory.
- Proven track record of publishing research papers in peer-reviewed journals or leading AI conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior researchers in an agile environment.
