Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years industry R&D experience
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI systems at scale
- Strong background in ethical AI bias mitigation and explainability
- Experience securing $1M+ in competitive research grants
- Fluency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
