- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, product, and design teams
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech forums
- Build and manage a network of academic, industry, and startup innovation partners
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business opportunities
- Advose on ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies and market disruption modeling
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong publication record in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation ecosystems
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
