Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel algorithms for large-scale AI systems.
- Lead the research strategy for emerging AI technologies aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate research into scalable products.
- Author and present high-impact research papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize model performance for real-world latency and accuracy constraints.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in applied AI research or a related role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs).
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed venues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
