Responsibilities

- Collaborate with neuroscientists to validate AI models against fMRI and EEG datasets
- Translate theoretical research into production-ready quantum-optimized algorithms
- Drive patent development for proprietary neural compression techniques
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging paradigms like neuromorphic computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Neuroscience, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published record in top-tier AI/ML conferences (minimum 3 NeurIPS/ICML papers)
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing systems
- Strong background in computational neuroscience and brain-computer interfaces
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams from concept to deployment
- Experience with FDA-regulated AI systems in medical diagnostics preferred
- Active contributor to open-source AI frameworks (GitHub 1k+ stars)
