Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge generative AI models with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Lead research initiatives exploring novel transformer architectures and reinforcement learning techniques.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate research findings into production-ready applications.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines to handle petabytes of data.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to guide the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in building and deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of NLP, specifically Transformer models (BERT, GPT, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
