Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for autonomous agents and multi-modal reasoning systems.
- Optimize large language models (LLMs) for high-throughput, low-latency inference on edge and cloud deployments.
- Lead the research and development of reinforcement learning algorithms to improve agent decision-making capabilities.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to translate academic research into production-grade APIs and SDKs.
- Conduct rigorous evaluation and testing to ensure model robustness, safety, and fairness.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field and mentor junior researchers and engineers.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research, applied AI, or a similar technical role.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with a strong command of C++/CUDA for performance optimization.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL).
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and optimization theory.
