Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Spearhead research initiatives focused on generative models, reinforcement learning, and neural architecture search for the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Deployment: Architect and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate novel AI algorithms to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers to translate research into market-ready products.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research and engineering, with a proven track record of publications in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize model performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
