- Optimize Performance: Reduce inference latency and improve model accuracy for real-time applications.
- Mentor Junior Talent: Foster a culture of innovation by guiding junior engineers and researchers.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product teams to translate technical capabilities into user value.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
