Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and development of next-generation neural network architectures tailored for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Optimization & Scalability: Design and implement algorithms that optimize model performance and reduce inference latency for high-volume applications.
- Research Publication: Publish high-impact papers and present findings at leading AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) to establish thought leadership.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Ethics boards to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Data Strategy: Oversee the curation and processing of massive datasets to train robust and unbiased models.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Research Background: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI venues and delivering production-level models.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
