Responsibilities
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning models, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and model deployment infrastructure using cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex research concepts into production-ready features.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure code quality and architectural integrity.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost-efficiency for real-time inference environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI landscape and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, neural networks, and statistical learning methods.
