Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable quantum-classical hybrid architectures to meet 2026 scalability demands.
- Algorithm Development: Develop novel quantum algorithms to optimize neural network training and inference speeds.
- Research & Prototyping: Lead the prototyping of next-gen AI models using emerging hardware accelerators.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on advanced quantum computing concepts.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system latency and throughput.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical vision for upcoming product releases.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq, or AWS Braket).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Innovation: Proven track record of patenting or publishing research in AI or quantum fields.
