Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models and quantum algorithms.
- Lead a high-impact R&D team in developing next-generation computational paradigms.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize the integration of quantum processors with neural networks.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for our core infrastructure.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Translate complex research concepts into production-ready, scalable software solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, machine learning, and quantum computing.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Qiskit.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to diverse stakeholders.
