Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, hybrid quantum-classical neural networks that exceed current performance benchmarks.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company innovation goals.
- Optimize Algorithms: Translate complex theoretical models into efficient, production-ready code for high-performance computing environments.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with data scientists, quantum physicists, and software engineers to integrate novel quantum algorithms into our core platforms.
- Mentor Engineering Talent: Guide a team of high-performing engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary quantum data and ensure compliance with international standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; deep understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum libraries such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex computational problems and optimizing system latency in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving project delivery from conception to deployment.
