Responsibilities
- Architect and design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms tailored for 2026 enterprise applications.
- Optimize existing machine learning models to run efficiently on near-term quantum hardware (NISQ devices).
- Lead a cross-functional team of physicists, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Conduct research on emerging quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing techniques.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI infrastructure scaling and cloud integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical quantum solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML or High-Performance Computing.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Qiskit.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization algorithms.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing technical teams and driving project delivery.
