Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable systems for AI and quantum computing integration, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms for generative models and quantum error correction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of software engineering.
- Optimize existing neural networks and infrastructure to handle massive data streams in real-time.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in the 2026 technology landscape to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
