Responsibilities
- Lead R&D: Spearhead the development of proprietary quantum machine learning models and next-generation neural networks.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exascale computations.

- Prototyping: Build and validate proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for novel AI applications in autonomous systems and predictive analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or quantum computing research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, CUDA, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended technical problems with creative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
