Responsibilities
- Architect scalable and secure AI and quantum computing systems for high-volume enterprise environments.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation machine learning models, specifically focusing on generative AI and quantum algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical requirements into robust software solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype solutions for emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeline.
- Optimize existing codebases for performance, efficiency, and scalability in cloud environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, Quantum computing, and Web3 integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Quantum computing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum gate operations (Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
