Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of distributed AI systems focusing on scalability and fault tolerance.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms leveraging quantum computing paradigms.
- Optimize existing machine learning models for edge devices and cloud environments.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and system reliability.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging technologies relevant to the Year 2026 roadmap.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering large-scale projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong understanding of quantum algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
