Responsibilities

- Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate abstract 2026 tech concepts into tangible software solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure security best practices are upheld across all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and machine learning architectures.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Qiskit.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles, including qubits, superposition, and entanglement.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products to market.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
