In this role, you will bridge the gap between classical machine learning and quantum supremacy, designing scalable systems that will define the era of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). You will work with a world-class team of researchers, engineers, and futurists to solve problems that were deemed impossible just a decade ago.
Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-Neural Systems: Design and implement hybrid algorithms that leverage quantum computing power to solve complex optimization problems in AI.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on pre-AGI capabilities, ensuring our technology roadmap aligns with 2026 milestones.
- Optimize Performance: Tune and optimize large-scale machine learning models for low-latency, high-throughput deployment in cloud environments.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and translate business goals into architectural solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, or quantum computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Qiskit or similar quantum simulation frameworks.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and high-performance computing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and think critically about future scalability.
