Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and data infrastructure for high-velocity AI applications.
- Research and fine-tune state-of-the-art deep learning models, including Transformers and diffusion models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate research into production-ready features.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for real-time processing environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including model monitoring, versioning, and CI/CD integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
