Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying scalable machine learning models that power our core products. Your work will directly impact millions of users globally.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models, focusing on Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput inference in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure product performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and deployment.
- Research and integrate emerging AI paradigms (e.g., Agentic workflows, Multimodal models) to stay ahead of 2026 trends.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures (Transformers, GNNs, RNNs).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow, Airflow).
- Strong grasp of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
