Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed ML frameworks
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences or equivalent industry impact
- Proven track record deploying production-grade ML systems at scale
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and emerging AI paradigms
- Certification in quantum computing fundamentals (preferred)
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD for ML workflows
- Strong background in ethical AI bias mitigation and responsible development
