Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for real-time data processing and autonomous decision-making
- Lead development of AI infrastructure supporting 2026-era quantum-computing integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions across healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Optimize neural networks for edge computing and IoT scalability
- Research and implement novel approaches to federated learning and differential privacy
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI ethics and bias mitigation
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML with proven expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Apache Spark
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Published research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent)
- Experience deploying production ML systems at scale (>10M users)
- Proficiency in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or willingness to learn
- Strong background in MLOps and CI/CD for AI pipelines
- Demonstrated impact in ethical AI development and deployment
