Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning pipelines and deep learning architectures.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for high-performance inference and reduced latency.
- Research & Development: Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and research to integrate novel techniques into our production environment.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and product managers to define technical requirements and drive project success.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- LLM Expertise: Strong understanding of transformer architectures, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex algorithms and optimize system performance under pressure.
