Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning models and deep learning architectures for real-world applications.
- R&D Strategy: Conduct high-level research to define the roadmap for our AI capabilities leading up to 2026.
- System Optimization: Engineer efficient data pipelines and optimize inference speed for large-scale deployment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in building, deploying, and maintaining ML models in production.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with innovative algorithmic solutions.
