Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning models for real-time data processing and predictive analytics
- Architect scalable AI infrastructure supporting 10M+ user interactions with sub-50ms latency
- Lead development of generative AI systems for autonomous decision-making frameworks
- Optimize neural networks using quantum computing hybrid approaches
- Mentor junior engineers while establishing AI governance and ethical compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms (e.g., neuromorphic computing, edge AI)
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML with 3+ years in architecting production systems
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed ML frameworks (Ray, Dask)
- Proven track record deploying models serving 1M+ daily users
- Advanced knowledge of NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning
- Experience with cloud-native AI deployment (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI)
- Strong background in MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML systems
- PhD or equivalent research experience in AI/ML or related field
- Published work at NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier conferences
