Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced Machine Learning models and Generative AI systems tailored for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Architect scalable neural network architectures and optimize inference pipelines for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
- Experiment with novel algorithms, including Reinforcement Learning and Autonomous Agent frameworks.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of deploying models into production.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning techniques, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
