Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Architect and implement the technical strategy for our upcoming AI products, ensuring we are ahead of industry standards by 2026.
- Advanced Model Training: Design and optimize custom transformer architectures and Large Language Models for specific enterprise use cases.
- Production Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, ensuring models are deployed, monitored, and continuously improved in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Ethical AI & Safety: Implement guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, secure, and compliant with emerging regulations.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI research, integrating novel techniques such as multimodal learning into our core platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence, with at least 2 years leading AI engineering teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; strong understanding of Neural Networks and NLP.
- MLOps: Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms.
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
