Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models and multimodal systems.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for low-latency, high-volume production environments.
- Research and implement novel architectures in the areas of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Chain-of-Thought reasoning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Data Scientists, and DevOps engineers.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic research and industry trends to integrate breakthrough methodologies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Proficiency in Python and strong knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with distributed training frameworks and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade ML models.
