Responsibilities

- Research: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Data Strategy: Work closely with data engineering teams to build robust data pipelines and ensure data quality for training purposes.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards across the team.
- Deployment: Manage the full lifecycle of model deployment using CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical problems and delivering scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
