Responsibilities
- Lead Model Architecture: Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models, specifically focusing on transformer architectures and generative AI.
- Production Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of ML models into production environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Data Pipeline Optimization: Build robust, scalable data pipelines to handle massive datasets and ensure real-time training capabilities.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate cutting-edge research (e.g., reinforcement learning, federated learning) into our core products.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and deep learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Programming: Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
