Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and reduced latency.
- Collaborate with data scientists to curate high-quality training datasets.
- Implement MLOps best practices to ensure production-grade reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, BERT).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
