Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in Deep Learning and NLP.
- Optimize models for high performance, scalability, and low latency in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and product managers to define AI-driven features.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the AI team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science with a focus on AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning concepts, Neural Networks, and NLP.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
