Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms that drive business value.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training and production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring high performance in real-world environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our development stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and experience with NLP or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model deployment and management.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning systems.
