Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Lead the end-to-end data pipeline, from ingestion to model serving.
- Conduct research to improve model accuracy, speed, and generalization capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and model transparency in all deployments.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with large-scale data processing (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop).
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.
