In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, deploying models that scale globally. If you are passionate about the intersection of deep learning and real-world impact, this is your opportunity to shape the next decade of technology.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, including LLMs and computer vision systems, optimized for high-throughput environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI-driven product features.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy, robustness, and compliance with data privacy standards.
- Optimize existing algorithms and data pipelines to reduce latency and improve inference speeds.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices, including model versioning, CI/CD, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with Large Language Models (GPT, BERT, etc.) and Generative AI frameworks.
