Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy complex machine learning models and neural networks tailored for high-volume environments.
- Optimize inference pipelines to ensure low-latency performance and energy efficiency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products seamlessly.
- Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, model governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous testing to validate model robustness and security against adversarial attacks.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-level AI/ML systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
