Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models and neural networks.
- Optimize algorithms for high-scale production environments to ensure low latency and high accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, DevOps) to integrate AI features into the product lifecycle.
- Conduct research and experiments to improve model performance and explore new AI methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Implement MLOps best practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning with a focus on deep learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning applications.
