In this role, you will push the boundaries of what is possible with Large Language Models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and autonomous agents. You will work directly with our CTO and a world-class team of researchers to build scalable, ethical, and powerful AI systems that will define the future of human-computer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable ML Systems: Design and implement robust, high-performance machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and real-time inference.
- Pioneer Next-Gen AI: Develop novel algorithms and model architectures specifically tailored for the high-speed demands of 2026 computing environments.
- MLOps Leadership: Oversee the deployment pipeline, ensuring model reliability, monitoring, and automated retraining workflows.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI research into practical, user-facing applications.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement best practices for bias mitigation and data privacy in all AI model training processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with extensive experience in Deep Learning frameworks.
- Research Experience: Proven track record of publishing research papers or leading significant technical projects in NLP or Computer Vision.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
