Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning architectures focused on long-term scalability and performance.
- Pilot 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for integrating emerging AI paradigms (e.g., AGI, Quantum ML) into our core product suite.
- Model Optimization: Drive the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance accuracy and reduce latency.
- Ethical AI Leadership: Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines for autonomous decision-making systems to ensure safety and fairness.
- Cross-Functional Innovation: Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate high-level business goals into technical blueprints.
- Production MLOps: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of models using CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning and NLP.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and their business implications.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
