Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines for real-time data processing.
- Lead the research and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal agents.
- Architect inference engines capable of operating efficiently on both cloud and edge hardware.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into seamless user experiences.
- Establish rigorous standards for model explainability, bias detection, and safety compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning development.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Proven track record of deploying production-level NLP and computer vision models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow) is highly preferred.
