Responsibilities

- Data Strategy: Define data ingestion, processing, and feature engineering strategies to maximize model accuracy.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or a similar technical role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Deep understanding of statistical analysis, algorithm optimization, and distributed systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
