Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance Machine Learning pipelines and deep learning models.
- Lead the development and optimization of Generative AI models for production deployment.
- Collaborate with product teams to define AI requirements and translate them into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure model scalability, efficiency, and ethical compliance across all projects.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Research and integrate emerging AI methodologies relevant to the 2026 technological landscape.
- Manage the full ML lifecycle from data ingestion and training to monitoring and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with distributed computing (Spark, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models in real-world environments.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, model versioning, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
