Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability to handle high-volume production data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to integrate AI solutions into our core products.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Lead code reviews, architecture planning, and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
- Maintain and monitor deployed models to ensure performance and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Scikit-learn, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping ML products to production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
