Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, build, and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines and AI infrastructure for production environments using Python and advanced frameworks.
- Model Optimization: Continuously research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy, speed, and efficiency in real-time applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements and drive product features.
- R&D Leadership: Lead technical explorations in Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision to ensure our 2026 product roadmap is competitive and future-proof.
- MLOps: Implement CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, ensuring reproducibility, automated testing, and monitoring.
- Code Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying successful models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL; familiarity with deep learning libraries.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize system performance under pressure.
