- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization for inference and training pipelines, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product leaders to define technical specifications and feasibility studies for emerging AI technologies.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, or Java, with deep knowledge of frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of deploying systems on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Kubernetes and serverless architectures.
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning, with a focus on 2026-era trends.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
